The Process

I. Inquiry

Thank you for considering me to photograph your wedding!

Most couples find me through Instagram, referrals from past clients, or searching for a Catholic wedding photographer. To begin, simply click the “Booking” button and submit your inquiry through the HoneyBooks form.

I personally review every inquiry and typically respond within 24–48 hours (often much sooner).

II. Connection

HoneyBooks is the Client Relation Manager, or CRM, software I use. When I get an inquiry, HB notifies me. I view your inquiry, check my calendar, then send you the weclome email which includes:

  • Introduction

  • Confirmation of your wedding date

  • My current price brochure

  • An invitation to schedule a phone call, Zoom meeting, or in-person coffee

This conversation is relaxed and focused on understanding your vision, your story, and how I can best serve you as a fellow Catholic who deeply respects the sacrament of marriage.

III. Proposal & Planning

After our conversation, I’ll send you a personalized proposal and invoice that outlines:

  • Your chosen package

  • Coverage hours

  • Any travel fees

  • Taxes

  • Total investment

Once you’re ready, a 50% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due at least one week before your wedding (flexible payment plans are available). Upon receiving your deposit and signed contract, as well as the photo release form contract, we’ll begin the planning process. You’ll receive a detailed questionnaire so I can learn about your family, timeline, and any special moments you want captured.

IV. Your Wedding Day

On your wedding day, I arrive early to scout the venue and prepare. My goal is to document your day with reverence while creating beautiful, timeless images. Here’s how the day typically unfolds:

Getting Ready
I capture the quiet, meaningful moments — details of the dress, rings, flowers, and the emotions as you prepare.

The Wedding Mass
This is the heart of your day. I photograph the procession, readings, homily, exchange of vows, the Eucharist, and the final blessing with deep respect for the liturgy.

Post-Mass Portraits
After the Mass, we’ll take a mix of romantic portraits and organized family formals (usually at the altar or a nearby location).

The Reception
I document the important moments — grand entrance, first dances, toasts, cake cutting, speeches, last dance, grand exit, and all the candid joy in-between — while using dramatic lighting to create beautiful, emotional images. Throughout the day, I do my best to work discreetly so you and your guests can remain fully present in the moment.

V. Delivery

After your wedding, I personally edit every image with care to preserve the emotion and beauty of your day.

What to Expect:

  • 30-day standard delivery of your fully edited digital gallery

  • Expedited delivery available (additional fee)

  • High-resolution images optimized for both digital sharing and printing

  • Online gallery with easy download options

  • Print release included for personal use

  • Lifetime digital backup of your files

Physical prints can be made to order via the online viewing album website, Pixieset. I’m happy to guide you through that process so you can preserve your wedding story in physical form for generations to come.
